MFL+TFI
The MFL+TFI tool is composed of an axial excitation detection section and a circumferential excitation detection section. Circumferential excitation detection magnetic field is distributed along the circumferential direction of the pipe wall, which can detect axial defect signals, and has strong detection ability for axial grooves. Axial excitation detection data and circumferential excitation detection data complement each other to realize all around defect detection.

Improved detection ability of axial groove defects:
The circumferential excitation detection structure improves the ability of axial groove detection, and can detect axial groove defects with 0<W<A and L≥A (L is the length of the defect, W is the width of the defect, and A is the pipe wall thickness).
High-definition:
High density sensor layout: circumferential sensor spacing <3mm.
High-speed sampling: axial sampling spacing <2mm (when speed <4 m/s).
Mass data storage:
Single runtime >200 hours.
Self-balancing speed control system:
The speed control system is based on the principle of fluid mechanics, which automatically adjusts the discharge flow rate and keeps the detector speed less
than 4m/s.
Soft steel brush:
The soft fine steel brush will not damage the internal coating of the pipeline.
